I injured my hands. Both hands. My arm feels pain everytime i climb. Im like rest 30 mins then climb 1 time. Its that bad. I need my rest. Ive been climbing a week straight. I think its due to the way i fell. I fell landing at palm and also my elbow. Both attemps on the roof. The pain is that bad till. Even u bathe, u feel it. Bt its not that pain.



Im working as a belayer this sat.. I got a crew t shirt.hahahah yesss
